I went to another repair store and was told my phone couldn’t be fixed without them even trying and then immediately beginning the sales pitch for a new phone. Went into Dropped Mobile and the phone was thoroughly looked at and I was given a very honest assessment of my options, even though the best option did not make them any money. AND he fixed the phone enough to get me through until I received my replacement phone. Dropped Mobile is in business for the customer’s best interest. They will be my first stop for any phone needs.
